The right size depends on the room size, ceiling height, insulation, sun exposure, and how the space is used. Most home AC systems should be serviced at least once a year, especially before peak summer or winter use. If you use the system almost every day, or it’s used in a commercial setting, more frequent servicing will be needed to keep it running well.
A standard service usually focuses on checking performance and general maintenance, like cleaning the filters and flushing the drain, etc. A deep clean service goes much further, cleaning built-up dirt and grime in the evaporator coil (on the indoor unit) to improve airflow, provide cleaner air, and help reduce the risk of mould.
